Wondering if Camp Lakota is right for your child? Here are some highlights from our youngest campers:
Why Start as a Brave or Hawk?
Many of our youngest campers—Braves (Age 6-9) and Hawks (Age 10)—begin their camp adventure not knowing anyone. Camp Lakota’s warm and nurturing environment is the perfect backdrop for building new friendships, and in no time they will be creating memories and enjoying fun-filled adventures.
Independence with Extra Supervision
Our young campers learn to grow their independence at Camp Lakota while under the care of our attentive staff. With a higher staff-to-camper ratio in these age groups, your child will feel secure and supported as they try out new activities and experiences.
